Existe un dicho: "Segundas partes nunca fueron buenas", en este caso, debo decir que no se cumple.
Esta segunda novela, aunque le sigue faltando algo o todo, y aun pudiendo llegar a ser repetitiva, logra enganchar y seducir de formas que el primer libro no consiguió.
Al final, si sus hojas te entretienen, si te hacen olvidarte por un rato de tus problemas, ya se puede decir que se ha encontrado un felices para siempre.

There is a well-known cliché: 'Second parts were never good', but in this case, I have to say that it doesn't really hold true.
This second novel, although it still lacks something or everything, and even though it could become repetitive, manages to attract and seduce in ways that the first book didn't.
In the end, if its pages entertain you, if they make you forget your problems for a while, you can say that you have found a happily ever after.

📚 Sofía Vega, una escritora romántica en crisis tras un fracaso amoroso, viaja a Montana en busca de inspiración para su próximo libro. Allí conoce a Luke Blackwood, el sheriff del lugar, un hombre rudo y protector que encarna todo lo que ella pensaba que solo existía en sus novelas. Lo que comienza como una investigación para escribir se convierte en una experiencia que despierta emociones intensas y la obliga a replantearse lo que realmente quiere en su vida y en el amor.
📚 Este es el primer libro que leo de la autora, y no me ha desagradado 😊 El personaje de Sofía me ha encantado, me ha caído genial 🥰 Divertida, elocuente, entregada a su trabajo… me encantaría tenerla como amiga 😊 La conexión entre Sofía y Luke es instantánea, aunque les cuesta dejarse llevar.
📚 La trama policial me ha gustado, es algo completamente diferente a lo que había leído, y el caso me ha gustado bastante.

Sofia è una scrittrice in crisi. Sembra non avere più idee per scrivere il suo nuovo romanzo.
Anche la sua situazione sentimentale è pessima dopo esser stata mollata all'altare dal fidanzato.
La sua amica Megan le consiglia di cambiare aria e di raggiungerla nel Montana dove vive ora col compagno Ethan.
Qui Sofia fa la conoscenza dello sceriffo Luke Blackwood, fratello di Ethan, un uomo bello, sexy, forte e pericoloso.
Pericoloso per il suo cuore fragile.
Sofia decide di accompagnarlo nei suoi incarichi per trarne ispirazione per il suo prossimo romanzo.
Ma naturalmente quando entrano in gioco i sentimenti c'è poco da fare.
Un romance molto carino, scorrevole che si legge in poco tempo.
Forse all'inizio ho fatto un po' fatica ad ingranare ma andando avanti mi sono sempre più appassionata.
Certo, non è un capolavoro, ma fa bene il suo lavoro: intrattenere.
Mi sono piaciuti molto i due protagonisti, in particolar modo lo sceriffo, anche se verso la fine potevano risolverla molto più facilmente semplicemente parlandosi.
