New Orleans is about as far away from Scotland as Skull can get. But when your family is Royal, well...It doesn't seem far enough. He's been hiding more than what's under his kilt from his MC brothers, and it's all about to come into the light.

Except the spotlight is the one place his neighbor can't be seen because it might cost her everything...Including her life. She needs to keep hidden, but Skull is not making it easy. One mishap with the local police lands them both on the news, exposing them both and forcing them to run for cover.

It's a race against time that neither of them can afford to lose.

I'm a retired 46-year-old Puerto Rican wife and mother of 3 plus 1 bonus daughter. Originally from NYC, now living a quiet life in the south suburbs of Chicago. I enjoy reading and writing romance and erotic fiction. I'm addicted to coffee, sci-fi, and all things Marvel.

I was a teen mom with a whole world of statistics against me. Every time I was told I couldn't do something, I did it, took pictures, and smiled with my son on my hip for everyone who ever doubted me.

Now, after finding the love of my life in my thirties, we married in the great 2020 pandemic, which shall not be named. We have a house full of teenagers who don't need mommy anymore, and the hubs is a traveling ER nurse, SO I have found myself with a lot of downtime.


After years of having this story taking space in my head, I decided to share it with the world. Gotta say, this writing gig is HARD. But with some time and grace, I'll get it right.

Years ago, he left his royal upbringing and title behind in Scotland, for life in the states with his MC club. There he got to follow his path in medicine without being tied up in family politics. He didn’t know something was missing until he meets her, the complicated woman with secrets in her past that his club is protecting. It is pretty much Insta love from the beginning. He just has to fight the demons from her past and convince her to take a chance on a happily ever after. This is the fifth book in the series while they do not all have to be read in order to enjoy the story, there are events and characters that take place in earlier stories that pop up or referenced in this one. It makes it easier to navigate if you have a working knowledge of them. This is a short story for an MC romance so things move quickly. Some of it moved a little too quickly for me, especially considering her background. I expected a little more warm-up time. However, a big Scottish, biker, with a brogue and a kilt calling me lass… umm I could forgive pretty much anything as I fan myself and feel my panties melt. Yeah he is good. Real good. The man not only claims her, and all of her past, makes a commitment to the future and is determined to slay all of her dragons. He is pretty much everything you need him to be. You feel for her and what she’s been through, and can’t wait to see her find her happily ever after with this man who claimed her. Well there is a little danger/drama it is not the focus of the story, and is not overly graphic compared to others of the genre. Hot bikers obsessed with their ladies? Yes please.

This is book four in the spin off series, and I must say that Skull is the character that I have been waiting on since we got introduced. These do flow from one story to the next, so I suggest reading the previous stories before this. Skull has a bit of a unique story, left Scottland to avoid a future that he didn't want, fell in with the MC and found a home and hasn't looked back since. Ivy is his neighbor that he has noticed but doesn't know her story, once he finds out the journey the two take is full of drama, danger, laughs, and lord almighty some super naughty bits. I give this 4 stars.

Oh, I love this one! Give me a man in a kilt who has hot shoulders and I. Am. Gone. But the Fanservice isn’t why I love this book. It’s the intricate characters and their connections. It’s the loyalty. And it’s the sweet, sexy way the hero and heroine are together.

I am so in love with Skull and how he protects and loves those that are his. His cute little neighbor Ivy has many secrets but she has a quiet strength even she doesn't know she possesses. I loved this story and the continuation of one of my favorite MC family as well as a kick a** author whom I love to read. I highly recommend this book and I am in love with Skull!!!

This is the fourth book in this impressive series and this is possessive Skull and his mysterious neighbors story, and the fight they need to endure to stay hidden to remain alive.
This is a fast paced story, with family, friendships, emotions, twists and turns, tension, action, intrigue, suspense, and love, which leads to an entertaining, and thrilling page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

How can you not fall for Earl Weston Milton Blair III AKA Skull? I mean he wears a kilt, he's a medic, and the MCs enforcer! Ivy might have escaped, but Skull is determined to break down her walls and keep her safe. As always they will fall fast and hard.
If you love MC romances and love at first sight this is a must read series!.

Absolutely love the MorningStar MC family and Skull is just another wonderful addition. There always is enough of laughter, anxiety and mostly love with all the characters.
Just picturing the stories going on throughout the major story is just hilarious and adding that Scottish accent is irresistible to ignore.
Skull makes a booboo and Ivy almost has to pay for it but luckily the entire Family comes to the rescue.

I love me a male lead with a ln accent! Skull had it all the accent, the possessive need to take care of his woman all rolled into one yummy man! I hate what our female lead had to endure and the way Skull helped ease that. I kind of want Hamish to get a book!.

Love each new book of MorningStar MC. They are like coming home to family. In each book we meet someone new and get to catch up with past characters.
In this book we meet Skull (Milton) and Ivy. Both running from a past.
When the past catches up to them can they survive it together or does it tear them apart?

Ivy shares a building with Skull who is a member of the MSMC Nola. He knows she keeps to herself. It when he finds out why he vows to protect her with his life and he just may have to if Ivan from the mafia finds her. There is danger and other situations in this book that will keep you reading.

This story kept me turning pages. Ivy was in hiding, living in fear. Skull heard her and did everything he could to help. He was a bit bull headed but also caring, protective, and even romantic. He also had his own secrets. Both secrets came to the present, and the club and family did what they could to keep both safe. Secrets, danger, and love combined for a wonderful tale. I highly recommend this book.
