A Highly Improbable Fake Dating Trope

Rate this book
Josie Jones is definitely, without a doubt, positively done with this bullshit. In fact, for only the second time in her life, she’s doing exactly the opposite of what her parents expect her to do. Her first mistake was becoming a guidance counselor instead of a lawyer at the Jones family firm. The second was refusing to give her dickbag ex-fiancé a second chance. When her parents lay on the pressure to forgive Trevor so they can expand the family empire, she’s desperate to find a way out. Maximiliano, widely known as Max, Rossi has the opportunity to represent the biggest client JetSet Excursions has ever seen. Landing a trip to Fiji to advertise the Fiji Tourism Company (FTC), is the big break he’s been waiting for, but there’s just one problem… they want a couple to review the romance packages. What’s a chronic player to do when he’s at risk of losing everything he’s worked for? Lie. He straight up lies to his boss, and he knows the perfect woman to ask to be his fake girlfriend. With the promise of an all expenses paid trip to Fiji, and a way to convince her parents and ex-fiancé that, in the words of the great Taylor Swift, she and Trevor are never ever, ever, getting back together, Josie reluctantly agrees. But when the lines between what’s fake and what’s real get blurrier by the day, will Josie and Max be able to fight their growing attraction?

“My brain and vagina are clearly not on the same page with what’s best for us.” A statement every girl can relate to. Haley’s second book is even better than the first. I don’t mind wearing the Pearl Necklace, but after reading this book, suddenly I’m very into rosary tattoos as well.

I’m just a girl, standing in front of a man, asking him to have a rosary tattoo on his hand to choke me with.

That’s right ladies and gentlemen, the village idiot wrote another book. You might be thinking: “Haley, why do you keep doing this to us?”

To which I reply: “because of the vibes.”

I wrote this book, and I absolutely love Josie and Max. Their chemistry is just 🔥🔥🔥 they basically wrote the book themselves.

Also please don’t judge me, I know there are some errors ok? They weren’t there when I sent in my final draft I SWEAR.

I have grammar perfect.

Josie is a goddess and Max is SO HOT. Their chemistry is so magnetic from the first time they interact. Also, Haley is literally funnier than Tessa Bailey; I cackle so hard when I read her books!
