Not intimately familiar with the works of the Brontës given the literature can be a bit dense, but picked this up today with an hour or so to kill anyway. Really surprised at the many tragedies that seemed to have befallen the family. I think this is a good, short read for most elementary school kids - summarizes the basics in a way that's easy to understand and grasps the breadth of the situation well.

Good overview except it didn't mention Charlotte was pregnant when she died. Maybe because it was YA. Essex Library book sale March 2011
