In this book, Jonna's relatable and warm voice guides readers in understanding God's nature in a way that allows them to listen for and interpret His voice in prayer. It's practical, hopeful, well-structured, and so full of truth! Rooted in Scripture and the belief that God isn't just accessible to the holiest among us, but to all who wish to hear His voice, this is the go-to book for any Christian or Catholic looking to revamp their prayer life!
As a former student of Jonna's, I've been profoundly transformed by the Lord through the listening prayer practices I learned in her class. Now, she has compiled these insights into this accessible book. When I heard she had written it, I instantly thought of countless people I wanted to share it with, so they could experience the same transformation.
It is my hope that YOU, reading this review right now, will open your heart to the practices outlined in this book. You may find that you don't even want to put it down -that's how good Jonna's writing is- but I challenge you to sit with it. Do the prayer exercises, let it soak. Let God speak.

Wow! Opened my eyes to the many ways God may be communicating with me! Already seeing the fruits of this. Why isn’t this talked about more?! This book would have been so wonderful to have when I went through RCIA.
I loved the real life examples (gift box story was so cool!) and wished there were even more of them. Also as someone who over analyzes, an even deeper dive into troubleshooting what we hear in prayer would be helpful. (My concern is that I’ll go on many wild goose chases but I suppose it’s too soon to tell!) Maybe a book 2?!

A great read for helping you to understand how to hear God's voice - HIGHLY recommend!!

Very helpful even though I do know how to pray and hear God's voice, but it will be a good resource because I want to be able to hear God's voice clearly.
