I’m in love with this book !! Its not even a joke how much I adore this book 😍😍😍 The author did a wonderful job writing book ❤️❤️ I was totally hooked from the start to the beginning of it. It was so freaking g good. 😌
The characters were very well written along with the plot of the book it was refreshing and very exciting to read. Let’s talk about Gabriel 😍😍😍 sksksks I am totally smitten by that men not only is he attractive he has an accent and speaks a language that could hear everyday. Love a man with an accent heheheh. 😙☺️☺️
Runesa’s character was written really well aswell she’s this strong woman I absolutely adore in another life we could be friends cause who wouldn’t wanna be her friend? Also her choice in men is 10/10 I will totally steal her man lol 😂 but yk what I mean she’s such a great character and I loved knowing her through the book.
Overall the book was amazing and im in freaking love 😍😍 Also check TW before going into the book.

This story is so beautiful. This story will settle in your heart and once it's there you'll fall in love with Gabriel. I enjoyed every scene.
Gabriel, morally grey and hot guy and the way he say "Ma belle"... 💥💥
Renesa, fierce and independent boss lady and no she won't take a backseat at all. She knows how to put her opinions on the table but when it comes to Gabriel, she looses her mind.. she gets so dizzy under his spell.
I loved the scena where is point the metal at his heart and that man was turned on.. and then Runesa's forbidden thoughts.. "Smart girl"
The dance..I was like woman Gabriel is here in front of you, you don't need any other dumb man.. Ahhhh. She was so into him but the tension was so over the top. She needs to listen to Gabi and his logics 🤭🤭
The writing style was beautiful and the emotional depth of characters was so impressively done. Once they are together, they are powerful..
Gabriel will do anything to keep her safe. And the way his dad side was shown im the novel. Gabriel is a family man, he seems broody man but dare to touch his family, he will burn the whole world.
Side characters were also well written, the beauty of the book was that the indulgence of the characters was not forced. They were perfectly fitted in the book.
This was my first read by the author and I'm really waiting for the upcoming work and I need to read the previous books as well.

Some books hit you right in the heart, and Longing to Be Unraveled by Rachel Li Berker is definitely one of them. I went into this book with high hopes, and it completely delivered. I absolutely loved it!
The story is beautifully written, with a perfect mix of heartfelt emotion and compelling characters. The way Rachel weaves the narrative feels so raw and honest, making it easy to connect with the characters and their struggles. There’s a depth to the writing that pulls you in and doesn’t let go until the very last page.
What really stood out to me was how well the themes were handled. The book explores longing, love, and self-discovery in a way that feels deeply personal yet universally relatable. It’s not just a story, it’s an experience that makes you pause and reflect.
The pacing was steady, and the emotions were intense without feeling overwhelming. The author’s style is both poetic and grounded, making this a truly memorable read.🫶🏼
While I loved the book overall, there were a few moments where I wished for a little more depth in certain plot points, but it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed it.💕

the MMC Gabriel is a morally gray broody french hottie ... FMC Ruensa is a independent, succesful woman surrounded by her supportive family ..
together they tackle the demons of her past... will their emotions and love for each other be enough to make it to the other side . this was well written , it wrapped me up in their story ... had me hoping for one thing and receiving something better :) well done

Rachel did it once again! I’m not a fan of slow burns but I actually got to sit through this book & thoroughly enjoyed it. The tension, the chemistry and the love between Gabriel & Ruensa was off the charts & don’t even get me started on how hot they were💋
Would definitely recommend that you pick it up. It’s an easy read too about 233 pages!

I'm giving this 4 stars because it took me a while to get into the story, but once I did, I absolutely loved it! The banter between Gabriel and Ruensa was 10/10.

I got the opportunity to see this book evolve from a thought to an actual book and now it's going to be out in about a week and I couldn't be more prouder. Gabriel and Runesa's story is beautifully written; with lots of passion, tension, and heartbreaking moments. Gabriel who becomes a single dad due to circumstances meets Runesa who has demons of her past; with secrets unfolding we realize nothing is as it seems. When an angry ex, a scorned sister, and a deranged father come into play, runes and Daddy Gab will have to depend on allies and each other. Now I need Olivia's book cause that girl just gets me.

I was gifted this book. This book had me saying what the heck, oh no she did not and no not her! The spice is settled which I did not mind I wanted to know more about the story line. The way this man loves this woman, the way he spoke of her. she took her life back as she should!
