Jasmine arrives in Indian Run to find her employment offer null and void. Trusting in God, she finds a babysitting position in nearby Mohawk Valley. Her praise song gets off key after the first abrasive encounter with her employer, Adam King. Adam doesn't want a babysitter, but he needs one. He gets Jasmine Lewis, a feisty, no-nonsense little thing who irritates him. One night Jasmine has an accident and sees another side of Adam--a sweet and tender side. The animosity between them eases and friendship grows. With Jasmine hiding a problem and Adam still struggling to trust God after the way his wife died, can they get past their troubles and take full hold of love? As soon as that looks possible, rumors begin flying that their domestic situation is a distasteful one. Will their love survive this lie?

I enjoyed reading this book. I'm not sure why they were written as a series as the first two have nothing but location in common - but it was still entertaining.
This is the third book I have read by this author. I have enjoyed them all. This is the story of Jasmine who shows up to a school where she is to be a new teacher to fine out someone else has been given the job. She is in a new city without a job. She hear about a job from her mother,it is a job babysitting four children for Pastor King. One of the female elders at the church has her heart sat on becoming the Pastor's next wife.
