A helpful introduction to St John's worts and its potential capabilities. I like how there are clinical studies in the book, however it is a little out dated when it comes to current data on the plant. I'm also not sure if the author mentioned that St. John wort can cause photosensitivity and its interference with birth control, which is something people should know.

Amazing book that dives into the complexity of depression, the uses and effects of antidepressants, and how St Johns Wort can supplement or replace antidepressants. Both clinical and anecdotal evidence is provided. Brilliant book and easily digestible.
