Through my books, I was given the opportunity to empower tens of thousands of readers across the globe.

Easy, clear read packed with information

Searching for ways to up energy levels and eat healthy while avoiding my food allergies including wheat (gluten and other wheat derivatives including sugars) and milk (casein, whey, and lactose), I research diets to find options excluding factory made foods that often have hidden bits of allergens. This fine lady has put together an interesting book introducing a novice to alkaline eating. A novice like myself will get an understanding of what the alkaline diet includes, recipes to satisfy at any meal including snacks. I'm looking forward to trying her recipes. I like the 80/20 guideline as I've already gotten into the habit of 3/4 vegetables and 1/4 other on the plate. A good read that will definitely stay on the shelf
