Can't believe this was book 15. Another good book by the author. It was easy to get into, quick to read. But a bit of a soapbox storyline. with a predictable protagonist.
Can't wait for book 16.

REVIEW
I will say I love all the thrillers this author writes but this one...
It went in a totally different way. I found myself wanting to smack someone or scream at the top of my lungs.
DI Erica Swift was asked specifically to handle this case, she isn't sure why.
But it's a politician's daughter so she will do as she always does and find the criminal. But what she and her partner find is a whole bunch of wrong...
Add a missing teenager, with a new boss and her days just got rougher.
Absolutely eye-opening to things that can and do happen every single day.
LOVE IT yeah I am a criminal thriller lover of books and this author blows them away!

DI Erica Swift is back on the job in The Chess Master book fifteen in the series. If you love drama, intrigue, mystery, suspense, and a page turning storyline, this book is for you. I loved the plot twists and how the author pulls the reader into the story with the characters and great writing. I recommend you set aside time to read because this is one book that once I started reading it I read nonstop until the final page. The Chess Master is book fifteen in the Di Erica Swift Thriller series. I look forward to reading the next book in this fabulous series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Great plot as always within this series. Left on a real cliff hanger around one of the main characters and the next book isn’t out until October!!

A good thought provoking story but the use of the word ‘feds’ for the police becomes tiresome.
