A survival guide to Finnish cuisine for businesspeople
Located in the European pack ice region, Finland is a nation of curious customs. Actors and actresses sing, and singers take up acting. People bathe in burning hot saunas until they're half dead, whereupon they roll in the snow to cool off. Or they eat charred sausage with their bare hands and guzzle vodka straight from the bottle.
The famous Finnish soldier and statesman Carl Gustav Emil Mannerheim, for his part, was able to down his schnapps from a glass full of brim, never spilling a drop.
Why?
This and many other secrets are revealed in this guide to Finnish cuisine.
Having taken this crash course, you'll be able to enjoy pure Finnish food. After all, the best way to survive a trip to Finland is to eat during it.

A funny little book about finnish cuisine. I have never been to Finland to judge it myself but this book is absolutely hilarious. I can imagine that it is exaggerated, the way the "Undutchables" are for the Dutch people. It has fabulous illustrations and an ironic way of presenting everyday food now and in the past of Finland. There is nothing more to say about it. Maybe I will add to this review if/when I visit Finland.
