While some of the "gear" and clothing photos are outdated at this point (1999 edition but some of those photos were clearly from the 80's), I love the information it contains. Very practical and reasonable and the medical reference section (infections, illnesses, special concerns) in the back is fabulous. So many pictures! Additionally, the lifesaving and first aid section are essential to know and have on hand, especially living in an area that is semi-rural and some time or distance from medical attention.

Still using it as a reference guide. A little outdated (we all know you shouldn't put bumper pads in the crib anymore!).
