I was gonna give it 3* but my heart says 4. Bit of a scrapbook/diary but at the same time a history lesson into the football grounds of the 80s. Some superb names in there that I didn’t have the pleasure of visiting, all with a bite of info about the stadium/club. But most poignantly, it was a tribute to the Author’s dad, who took him on these trips around the country. A heartwarming Epilogue swayed it for me.
