This is not really a book but a great collection of individual essays. The idea is that you an pick and choose what to read depending on the things going on in your business and where you are as a photographer. There are essays on marketing, vision, selling, faith, creativity, business, etc. I found the most powerful stuff near the end of the book. Selina's ideas on faith, fear, showing up, and walking your talk are true gems. These are essays that I easily see myself returning to again and again. There is nothing in the book about f-stops or shutter speeds. This book is about getting your mind and attitude right to facilitate success as a commercial photographer. Although it is from 2007 the ideas and concepts in the essays are just about timeless. Excellent book.
