recovery (from food addiction) is possible, but a cure cannot be efffected. The man or woman who has become an alcoholic (foodaholc) cannot become a controled eater. They have developed a serious illness, and their loweed physical and mental resistance is powerless. Continued drinking now brings only physical illness and insane behavior.

What is the old saying? insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result
