Un manga signé Taiyou Matsumoto, le plus digne représentant du manga underground japonais Au domaine de Tateishi, la famille Taki est ébranlée ! Alors qu'il n'y avait pas d'héritier, la découverte d'un fils caché du maitre a divisé la famille. D'un côté Jûzo Oomurasaki, second vassal, recommande son neveu et de l'autre, c'est le fils caché qui est soutenu comme prochain seigneur, Sôichirô ! Jûzo décide alors de prendre les choses en main et se rend à Edo afin d'en finir une bonne fois pour toute avec Sôichirô...

Although Taiyo Matsumoto desired a career as a professional soccerplayer at first, he eventually chose an artistic profession. He gained his first success through the Comic Open contest, held by the magazine Comic Morning, which allowed him to make his professional debut. He started out with 'Straight', a comic about basketball players. Sports remain his main influence in his next comic, 'Zéro', a story about a boxer.
In 1993 Matsumoto started the 'Tekkonkinkurito' trilogy in Big Spirits magazine, which was even adapted to a theatre play. He continued his comics exploits with several short stories for the Comic Aré magazine, which are collected in the book 'Nihon no Kyodai'. Again for Big Spirits, Taiyo Matsumoto started the series 'Ping Pong' in 1996. 'Number Five' followed in 2001, published by Shogakukan.

瀨能宗一郎終於下定決心與邪惡正面對決。閃避用手上的劍來抵擋一波又一波的挑戰和侵害，不但自身不得安寧，也使得周遭關心他的無辜百姓受到危害。
終於來了的決鬥，是在無人知曉的清晨發生的。肅殺、濺血、拚搏。直到其中一人受到致命一擊，倒地，迎向生命終點。
至於瀨能宗一郎是重病主君的庶出繼承人這難題，又得要如何完結？
故事給了個浪漫美好的結局：一直持反對立場、不斷派遣殺手的大臣，在和持贊成立場的老中懇談並親自和瀨能宗一郎見過面後，悄然切腹自殺；下定決心赴約決鬥的瀨能宗一郎在獲勝後，遵照之前的承諾，回領地成為新一任領主。最後以新身分出巡，回故地訪故友，吃甜點，狀似任性卻溫馨美好。
網路上討論這部漫畫的畫風和內容是如何如何令人讚嘆，傳達的深意又是如何如何精闢，但對我而言，所有Samurai (侍)的故事都只是一把通往「與父親同在」的記憶大門的鑰匙——
風一陣吹過，樹搖葉動。只見武士高舉手中利刃、用力一揮、交鋒互撞，霎那分開的矯健身影，剩下武士跨著大馬步，舉刀、定格。有人悄然倒下……，
爸爸瘦瘦的臉頰。高高的鼻子。專注的側臉。目不轉睛。
想念爸爸的samurai。
十分想念。

Not the greatest manga... The story was quite dull and really didn’t like the crappy art 👌😤❤️
