The is the final book of 12 in the Rise of the Republic. I absolutely loved the storytelling the descriptions. The characters were absolutely wonderful while some could do some definite flushing out of the characters. There was more than enough information for you to get involved and feel for each of the characters. As a combat that I really appreciate the pointed storyline of the trauma of combat and it’s affects and how even at this time of the book that they were trying to fix that. I have to say that I pretty much devoured the first three books and forced myself to slow down so that I could enjoy them even more, but especially because this book was not yet finished. The writers are outstanding and did a fabulous job and I thoroughly enjoyed reading this and I think everyone who enjoys this type of book will too.
So I will start by saying if you haven 't read the series you are missing the boat. 12 books in the series and I just finished number 12.. The first 11 we're wonderful and the final one in the series was just the same. It does a great jobs a wrap up and I was pleased to see all my favorite characters bring to fruition. If you line thrills and adventure you need to read this series. Oh by the way my wife is rearing it too.
The entire Rise of the Republic series has been outstanding. This final chapter of the 12th book is a grand ending to this exceptional series. I read a great deal of science fiction, and this series is extremely well written and clearly stands out. An instant classic. Very well done James and Miranda !! I am a huge fan, and eagerly anticipate your future works. Thanks so very much.
All of the duo’s series are exceptional but this journey of Humans into the stars is a must read for fans of both war and science fiction. The time spent devouring the 12 books, thus taking away time on social media, is perhaps one of the best mental health decisions you’ll make. These books aren’t political, just magnificently pro human. That’s something we could all use more of. Thank you both for writing this series.
Ok, I admit my review of the previous books in this series were premature. Because I was wrong, “Into the Schism” was absolutely the best book of this best series. Excellent character development with plausible tactics and strategy. This final installment is longer, and rightly so. It covers a lot of detail, wraps up a lot of story arcs ( very well I might add) and answers all the questions. I am a very satisfied reader and highly recommend this series to anyone interested in military thrillers. Thank you Rosone and Watson.
Wow! It's been a while since I picked up the very first novel in this series. And now it's come to an end .Loved the development and authenticity of the characters a high point of the authors . Action battle scenes as always on point and I really like how the authors tied everything up right in the plot / arcs . Gonna miss reading about Viceory Miles, Fran etc Highly recommended
Well, it’s done. Battles done, and the Good Guys are victorious. Was afraid (and scared), that humanity’s fate was to fight and die incessantly for eternity. Interesting twist that ‘the orininals-Humtars’ were the forefathers of the lowly humans. Well done Writers, to tie up the loose ends with One Beautiful Bow. Doubt you will let it go, so look forward to the ‘reprise’ series. Don’t make us wait too long!
As with many spaces themed novels and videos, craft are depicted flying as they do in atmosphere, which couldn't be further from the truth. That minor quibble aside, thus was a wonderful series. Its always hard when a series ends, and you know the characters you cane to know and love won't be a part of your life any more.
Captivating from the very first word, drawing readers into an irresistible narrative journey.
A mesmerizing finale that masterfully concludes an epic narrative, captivating readers with its profound storytelling and leaving an indelible mark from the inaugural volume through this triumphant culmination.
The 12 book series Rise of the Republic is the best space techno thriller ever. It was a great story right from the first book of Earth’s first exploration to the final book of peace in the known universe. Great character development! This series is a must read and will become a classic.
It is not often that I find a series as complete and as ending as the rise of the republic. It has continued to be a great storyline and technically challenging, and also cause for the imagination to run a little bit wild.. if you read this, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I have
What a fantastic finish to the series. Full of action from start to finish. This book reminded me of the earlier books in the series. A lot less fluff and just straight action. I hope this is not the end. I would like to see more. It seems there could be new stories. There is still a main enemy out there and always new threats could be created. Awesome job.
Enjoyed the series and recommend it, maybe this is one of the best! I enjoyed the battles and had to read it twice because I did not want the series to end
This was possibly the the best book yet. This wrapped up everything nicely. Excellent work as always it was a pleasure to read. Now to find something else to occupy my time
It's nice that an epic battle took place to secure the freedom of the galaxy and to tie up all of the loose ends of the previous books. Although things from DC for a while it was nice to see everybody come together.
What a series, I can't believe it finished. The authors did an amazing job of making the story come alive. I'm gonna miss the characters and the story line. But all good things must come to an end.
An excellent read and a few surprises along tge way. So many great characters lost along the way but the final battles ended in peace. I enjoyed thppis series from start to finish.
A good ending to the series. I think it's not over though. I have a feeling the collective will be back. There can never truly be peace with them out there.
