Punathil Kunjabdulla is someone who truly enjoyed the food, just like Literature and Medicine. In this book, we can see his views regarding food and cooking. The author also discusses various other aspects like love, Medicine, and relationships.
The author was a Medical Doctor, and this book was first published in 2013. There is one particular opinion written by him regarding lady Gynaecologists that should have definitely been avoided. I was stunned to read such an observation by the author in this book. I have, in fact, discussed the political correctness problem with a few leading Gynaecologists at that time when this book was published. They also had a strong disagreement with what the author mentioned. Apart from this one mistake, the author has done a decent job with this book.
