I guess if I read this book a few years earlier it would have been more novel to me. But I'm getting to reading this in grad school when I already learned about many of these principles multiple times. Now I plan to use this as a reference and will recommend to young professionals in my field, but revesting the concepts in here will mostly help me keep them fresh as I continue to learn
