The good is that it’s short; I’m sure she realizes that parents don’t have a lot of reading time. She does give out good tips, the biggest of course being that “routine is the magic key to a happy bedtime baby”. Another good and important one is to put baby down for sleep when he’s still awake so he’s not dependent on you to get him to sleep. I’ve been doing that and he associates his crib with sleep, so that’s good!
Writing style was very cutesy-British and almost nauseating.

I don't like the writing style.
This advice might have been more helpful has I been starting from birth, but as I have an 8 month old with established sleeping habits, it's not doing much for me. I'll try the bits that do apply, but I'm not holding my breath!

Have been dipping in and out of this for help when having a bad run of nights with the twins. It's great that it's short and punchy and equally helpful and informative. It will be great to have this for reference for the years to come :-)
