Deficiencies in diet and metabolism, together with disease conditions, are easily observed in the face, if you know what to look for. This book is about how to "read the face" to determine which essential cell salts (also known as tissue salts) are lacking in the body. When a diagnosis is determined, the patient or clinician can then remedy that condition by supplementing with the proper cell salt. Based in the pioneering work of German researcher Dr. W. H. Schuessler (1880), and American physician Dr. George W. Carey (1920), this book presents a compendium for the 21st century - an efficient guidebook for both health practitioner and patient.
This book contains excellent information about the cell salts individually as well as pictures of the various effects of deficiencies on the face. It is a must have book. I marked it four instead of five stars because some of the pictures are incorrectly placed, and much of the important writing is taken, credited, from another source, therefore is not original. That is not a complaint; I'm glad the information was brought to me through the facial diagnosis bait. I have recommended the book in my blog post, Feed Your Face. https://panaceaprime.blogspot.com/201...
Page 27 - This wonderful little book helped me to discover that Bright's disease *(Associated with MicroAlbuminuria in diabetes mellitus conditions and pathologies) may relate to some cell salt deficiencies, in some cases. *Speculative*
This is important to me as I have Type one Diabeties and Hypothyroidism, so this may work as a preventative towards MicroAlbuminuria along with good blood pressure control).
Love this book for it's large photos. These added to the easy-to-understand descriptions of the cell salts makes it easy diagnose mineral deficiencies. There is also enough written material to understand how each mineral/cell salt is at work in our helping our body function and remain healthy. This is especially helpful to me, since I had little understanding of that. I could do without the astrology connection.
I thought this book was really informative and will be useful. I wish the table at the end had been more complete. Lots was addressed in the writing that wasn’t addressed there. Also would have liked some More detailed info on if you are deficient in multiple salts how to incorporate them and what about taking a remedy with all at once. But overall an excellent resource.
