This was a really easy, engaging read. It feels well-researched and is packed with references, which I always appreciate. I found myself highlighting so many sections to follow up on later.
It’s definitely another helpful resource for me as I work to understand and manage my diagnosis. The only thing that let it down slightly was how often the author refers you back to their website for extra resources. While it’s great that the info is there, the constant call-outs got a bit annoying after a while.
Because of that, I’ve given it a 4 out of 5. Still very much worth a read if you're looking into this topic!
