Great Read
Whew chile. No matter how grown you are. Sometimes when you're parents tell you someone isn't good for you. They aren't any good. Love mother and father refused to come to her wedding because it was something about her fiancee that didn't sit right with their spirit. Love dodged a bullet not marrying Percival and I mean that figuratively and literally. He was only marrying her to get close to her young female students. Trace isn't just Love Knight and shining armour. He's much more than that. She thinks he's a protective, unattractive sweetheart but have no clue how dangerous he really is or that. Trace job might be no trace no case but protecting Love and her family after finding out what what Love ex fiancee and brother's were into was his first priority. Trace mother Lucinda is a damn mess. She had me laughing hard as hell. Trace getting into the Gotti Organization made him more deadlier than he already was.

This book was really unique and I really love that about it. Trace was a real sweetheart at his core, which was surprising coming from his parents being pimps. I love that even though trace was the start of loves pain, he became her true love and her healing. I never thought in the beginning of the book that trace would become loves protector nor her main chillllllllee. Trace mom was something else. I really enjoyed her character and it was such an lol moment because my friends and I talk that way sometimes. I love that even though he had a situationship he was able to set firm boundaries and realized that he met his soulmate . Love wasn’t good at using her discernment or listening lol. But at the end, she learned to trust love again.Trace disguise was dope but his vibe was clearly the best. He told Love never judge a book by its cover and well…

This standalone book is so lit. I would really want an update on them. My girl was having a nerves break down at first. Tony her ex his wife seemed like she was jealous of love. If it wasn’t for love they wouldn’t have found them girls from her finding that phone. U did good on yet another book and I’m looking forward to reading more of them. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi while eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read

Good Read
Love went through a very tramatic day. Trace took care of her problem and became her knight all in the same hour. He was overly protective of her, and made sure everything about her was safe. Trace and Jasper took care of everything. Once Love came to the realization that Trace wasn't who he appeared to be, she went to see for herself. Since they both had fallen hard, it was the best decision she could have made. Good read.

This was my first time reading from this Author, but after this story i will be checking out the catalog, now I must say with certain parts that I thought I figured out Bai Jaye got me . The way Love described Trace had me laughing so hard but knew despite his looks she feel in love so you know what she was feeling was genuine. Happy they found those kids. Another must read.

Beautiful story! I knew Trace was under disguise. There is no way he had all that swag and was ugly. Love and her mom had me laughing so badly. I am just happy Trace killed her fiance. Thank God she found out about him with his illegal trafficking. Great Read!

This was a cute story and I loved how everything came back full circle. Love just wanted to be loved properly but it came from the wrong men. Trace was perfect for her and I’m glad things turned out better than expected for them both ❤️

I only read to 49% because I the book irked me on how Love kept referring to Trace’s looks in one breath then talking about his strong energy in the next breath. I lost interest despite the good reviews.

Cute story😍
Great intro to this new to me author. I knew Trace as the MMC had to be attractive😂. I am glad Love was initially attracted to his heart. Hard to believe the nerd was a hitta for The House that Gotti built. Great job.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quirky story
This was definitely different from the other books in most ways. They ended up together which is all that matter. His work uniform was a delightful touch. I felt like it was something about his looks though. That was cool.

I loved Lucinda...she and Ace need their own story.

Wasn't for me
Unfortunately, this book wasn't for me. While the story followed the overall theme, it didn't make sense when compared to the other stories in the series. Trace and Love seemed to be together to fulfill some requirement, and their chemistry was lackluster.
