There's nothing new or groundbreaking in this extremely short "book" about fasting. I expected some scientific evidence on improving one's mood through fasting, as well as some discussion about blood sugar during and while breaking a fast. The book contains many typos, grammatical errors and wordy ways of saying things. I was not impressed, glad this was free.
