I absolutely loved this book! It is a heartwarming story of faith, family, and love. The story is interesting, and at times heartbreaking. Megan and her family and friends are characters with strength, loyalty, and courage. It is well-written and thoroughly satisfying. Highly recommend!

I loved this book from beginning to end. I could hardly put it down. Very exciting. One of the best series ever. This book was without a doubt a tear jerker. A five star rating is not near enough.

A beautiful passing of the torch, Megan stole my heart.
Cassie’s Miracle introduced me to a woman who found faith after grief. Cassie’s Blessings made me fall in love with the family she built. But Megan’s Promise? This one lingered. Yvette Blake didn’t just continue a story, she honored a legacy and deepened it.
Megan isn’t your typical frontier daughter. She carries her family’s hopes with grace and a stubborn heart of her own. Watching her wrestle with identity, promises, and the pressure of living up to a family name was as moving as it was relatable. There were moments that felt so raw and honest, I forgot I was reading historical fiction.
The landscapes were vivid (you can feel the Wyoming air), and the emotional pacing was gentle but steady. I especially loved the subtle way faith threaded through her choices, not loud, not forced, but ever-present.
If you loved the first two books, this one will root itself deeper. And if you’re new to the series, don’t worry. Megan will meet you right where you are, and walk you in with an open heart.
Highly recommend to readers who love generational stories, clean historical romance, and heroines who grow from the inside out.

ONE OF THE BEST COMING OF AGE NOVELS
I feel like I have been holding my breath as I read Meagan’s Promise. This book is a page turner. I thought I knew the direction it was taking, but was extremely surprised. It is very inspirational, true to life, clean but romantic, and fun. I love that Yvette Blake lets us fall in love with characters, and continue to see their lives unfold. She has built solid characters that begin to feel like old friends, and of course we meet new characters as well. Her pacing, suspense, fun, descriptions, and how she included historical facts and things relevant to the time period is so good. Each book seems to get better and better. Maybe it is because we get so well acquainted with the characters they seem real. This book could be read as a stand alone novel if you choose, but the whole saga is captivating. Ed, Cassie, Meagan, Luke, and other friends and family are all here, growing and learning to rely on God and each other. Life never stays the same, it moves with ups and downs, but faith in God, belief in doing your best, working hard, and letting God order your steps makes life bearable and good in this community. In this book you get to experience pioneer life, the passage of time, and the growth of the bustling city of Cheyenne, Wyoming. You get to experience hard winters, glorious springs, busy summers, Christmas, operas, and more. GET THE BOOK! You will be glad you did. Thank you, Yvette. I am already looking forward to the next book.

I loved reading Megan's Promise.
At first, I read the first 20% and got so busy I had to set it aside. I couldn't wait to return to it, to see what would happen next.
Fortunately, a long flight gave me the chance to read the middle sixty percent. I thought for sure I knew just what was going to happen, but it took many unexpected twists that kept me flipping pages. So much for my ESP!
This wholesome young family's story is captivating. I loved this wonderful story, despite the heartaches and tragedies along the way. And in the final pages, I was so glad to see the turn of events (which I can't mention for fear of spoiling the story). So, suffice it to say, I can't wait to see what happens to these characters in future installments.
Congratulations to the author on a super compelling novel.
