“What Not To Say” is a practical guide for bereaved parents but also for anyone who is struggling with grief. It has some wonderful ways of trying to navigate through a world when your life has been completely changed.
I have really taken my time reading this. It’s heartbreaking in parts but it is so beautifully written and might bring a slight bit of comfort (or useful tools/help) for anyone who is currently struggling or who has experience as a bereaved parent.
Life can be incredibly cruel and we always can’t find the right things to say for people who are dealing with grief, this book is not just a guide for parents who have suffered a loss but also for friends/family who are feeling helpless and maybe knowing what to say/not to say and knowing what to do/not to do.
