This title was first published in 1997 - so you're not getting the latest in innovative programming - but you will find learning the fundamentals of basic adult program planning is a "classic." Each topic is presented in a straight-forward, understandable way. I was primarily interested in reading about the "Evaluation Process" and used the sample "Audience Evaluation Form" in the Appendix to create my own program evaluation form.

A good how-to programming manual that discusses various types of program formats. There's also sample checklists, press releases, and evaluation forms. However, this book being over 10 years old, there's a huge technology gap and it shows. The Internet is barely mentioned. Maybe it's time for an updated, Library 2.0 programming manual...
