This was like the other dracosoftie fics I have read, in that it starts out really strong, and kind of falls apart halfway through.
The gang are back at Hogwarts to complete their final year. Draco is suffering panic attacks and can't fly, and Harry is having nightmares. They end up commiserating over their problems and falling in love. All that is nice, good, fluffy, sweet.
But then they find out that Draco's Mark is connected to Harry somehow, Harry can manipulate it, and that's where it all kinds of goes off the rails for me. Spoilery stuff to follow, so read at your own risk.
The boys share some enthusiastic kissing, then one day, Harry learns he can manipulate Draco's Mark, and that it gets both of them really hot. Harry gives Draco a handjob, then runs away in horror, worried he's still connected to Voldemort somehow.
After a few days of research, he finds out that due to his connection to Voldy, when Draco was Marked, somehow the connection went to him, and not Voldy. They are now worried that what Draco feels for Harry is due to the Mark, and that Harry can make Draco do anything he wants. The Ministry then ships Draco off home, and they are allowed no connection. Draco is on probation due to things he did, so now he's home, on house arrest, no wand, nothing.
Until the day he shows back up at Hogwarts, all charges against him dropped, he even gets his family seat back on the Wizengamut, which was taken from his father during the FIRST Voldy war. I never got this at ALL, it wasn't explained, or else I totally missed it. Oh and Harry can't control Draco unless he can do Leglimancy, which he's never been able to do anyway, so it's all good!
And once he gets back, he and Harry immediately have hot sweaty "we've done this before" sex, even though they had only had the one hand job thus far. Felt jarring. No fumbling, no mention of first times, just jump right in, Draco already prepped, and GO time.
Also, at one point, I think the author got confused, because Ginny was loudly snogging Dean in the common room, although it had been established earlier that she was dating Blaise, who she was still with when Draco returned to Hogwarts.
