I have LOVED every book in this series! I'm sad this is the last book in the series but let me tell you Ginny made sure that it was the perfect ending for it! I LOVED everything about this book. I fell in love with Christine and Alaric.
Alaric is a single widower dad who just wants to make sure his son is safe and taken care of after his wife was murdered by the mafia. But when the Christina the mafia princess of the notorious Italian family shows up one night in his sons room he knows theres trouble lurking. But she's not there to cause trouble she needs his help.
Alaric agree to a marriage of convenience with Christine to help her out. Of course like all marriage of conveniences these two start out as enemies and turn out to be soulmates. Ginny always gives us such wonderful stories that will have you swooning and falling in love with her characters. This book had me giddy and on the edge of my seat at the same time. You will get a little bit of everything in this book.
If you have read her Sticks and Vows Hockey Series you know that Alaric is a silent owner of the Quebec Wolverines. So I loved that we got his back story. I HIGHLY recommend this book and this series!!

Billionaire Alaric Finnegan can have anything money can buy, but there are just some things that money cannot buy. He is widowed, alone and basically in hiding from a man who would to take him down.
Christine is a mafia princess who has no desire to go into the family business. She has to escape. She was rather gutsy to go into what could be lion's den for someone in her family, but she believes this will be best. Her secret crush and a little boy have stolen her heart.
This was truly an enemies to lovers romance. These two families despise one another. This was a wild story of what should be a doomed romance and was definitely a dangerous romance. Both characters were very easy to like. This swoony romance with its underlying mystique will pull you into the story from the beginning pages.

This story was so intense. I loved how this tied up the story line of the DeLuca family. I also love love love how this ties into the sticks and vows series. All of Ginny’s stories are intertwined and this is no different. Christine is a strong woman who through desperation found exactly what she needed. I love how she treats Alexander and how we got to see all the kids personalities as they grew older. Alaric is gruff and to the point but he fiercely protects those he loves. Who could ask for more?

Another perfect series by Ginny Sterling!
I usually try to avoid “billionaire” stories but because of my love for Ginny’s writing I took a chance and, as usual, I was not disappointed. She writes in a way that never seems trite and you feel true life emotions of love, respect, heartache and disappointment coming to life in her work but it always comes back to swoony love in the end.

Love this book!
Oh wow! Promising the Billionaire was a fantastic ending to this series! It had a big surprise that connects it to another series too! What an awesome book. I loved reading about Alaric and Christine! Another series has ended! What do I do? Wait for Ginny Sterling to start another series! Yes! I love all of her books and she pulls me in to the book, each and every time!

This is one great read
This is an awesome read of Alaric and Christine's journey to their happy everafter. The storyline is intrigueing along with increditable characters. It is also a page turner read that I fell in love with.
