So... Gordon sought out a deadbeat father just because he developed an inferiority complex being surrounded by women most of his pathetic life?
Why give a chance to a father who chose to run off with another woman and ditched you?
Seems to me someone has skewed priorities. Ugh, Gordon comes off as very misogynistic and hard to relate to.
