He hated humans. They were a pestilence against his kind. Humans should have been exterminated millennia ago. How they still survived and thrived was beyond him. They had no appreciation for the world they lived in, sickening and destroying it until there would be nothing left. Not in his domain. He was king there, and he was fighting back. What a shame there were only so many hours in a day. Keeping the oceans and seas clean meant everything to her. Some called her a hero, others called her an eco-warrior, and her enemies simply hated her and put a hit out on her. But none of it stopped her. Pollute the oceans, and in she would swoop, with live footage of what was happening. Her luck was golden until one night when she attacked a leaking ship and came across a nightmare. She wasn’t alone in her endeavours. A warrior of God who’d taken on the sins of humans, he really didn’t want to engage with them. His brother’s recognition of his own mate hadn’t soothed his anger towards humankind. He understood the hope his brothers and sisters felt. One of them had found their mate, which meant they might have one out there, too. He was dismissive until he attacked a ship and spotted a pair of frightened green eyes. He recognised but dismissed her. Until his sister warned him, he had to protect her, or the oceans would fall. Bitter at his monster and sick of pollution, he hated the path that fate was leading him down. She had no respect for him at all. So what if he was the king of the oceans and seas? That meant nothing to her. She’d bow to no man or shifter. If he wanted to disrespect her efforts, so be it. She owed him nothing. If he wanted to target her, fine, she had no problem upsetting his orderly life. Two stubborn souls clash as they fight to protect what means the most to them. Mates? Not a chance in hell!
I was born in 1974 in Dagenham, Essex, England! I moved out of Essex in 2002 and moved to South Yorkshire and then settled in Derbyshire in 2005.
I've got four sons, one daughter and seven cats! I'm still working out who is more trouble, the children or cats! My children and I love cooking together, movie nights and music.
I've written stories ever since I was thirteen but I never had the courage to publish one before. But we all know the famous song... This is me, from the Greatest Showman. It gave me courage to Indie publish and be myself! Never under estimate the power of a good song!
My favourite holiday is Halloween and I'm known as the crazy lady in my street when Halloween hits! My love of Halloween even carries over to Christmas when, alongside my big "normal" tree I also have a Jack Skeleton tree!
My favourite movies vary, Star Wars, LOTR, Pirate Movie, Amazing Mr Blunden, Phantom of the Opera, Memphis Belle., finally Olympus/London has Fallen. Music depends on my mood, country, pop, classical, even bagpipes!
Rage MC is the first series I've Indie published and lots more Rage MC books will follow. I have several other series' I'm working on as well. So you will be getting a lot more Elizabeth N Harris Books! If you have any questions please check out my website and use the contact page to contact me in a variety of ways!
This book got me right out of the book slump I was in. I love the story very interesting and clever. New look at the Monster’s of old with a wonderful twist!! This book was such a fascinating read. I could not stop reading it. The characters are just so engaging and interesting! I am hooked!
An instalment in the Legendary Shifters series, this one all about Poseidon. There are a lot of legendary shifters mentioned in these books, it’s going to be a long series and I’m excited for every story to unfold.
This one is an enemies to lovers, paranormal romance with some dark themes but isn’t overly dark.
Jase/Poseidon absolutely hates the human race, for how they treat his oceans and seas but also for those who have hurt and killed his brothers and sisters; especially Harpy. He finds his soul mate in Willow, a human, and wants nothing to do with her.
Willow is an eco-warrior, and has been fighting those who pollute the oceans ever since her friend died from exposure to toxic waste. She has no use for relationships and reacts as one would expect to Jase’s disdain for humans.
Together they have to fight enemies on multiple fronts, humans and paranormal and sort out what they could be to each other.
Overall an interesting take on this Legendary Shifter and his mate.
The world in this series is growing on me, I find myself intrigued as I get to know it better. Still very unusual and weird (in a good way), not really anything I've seen.
Jase really annoyed me for a good portion of this one. His hate of humans drove me nuts. I get it, but even when it was in his face that Willow was his mate, all he could think was how much he hated humans. I liked that Willow didn't put up with any of that and gave him as good as she got.
I did love how when Willow started to get some of Jase's powers, how gleeful she was in them and how respectful she was to the sea creatures. She really was a good match for Jase, if only he could get over himself. It took a long time, but once Jase was in, he was in. I liked to see how Jase reacted to keeping Willow safe and how the two of them continued their crusade to keep the seas safe and clean. Even better is the help that they will soon have, lots of help at that.
This is Book 2 of The Legendary Shifters. I do recommend you read book 1 since is tells more of the background of what started the Legendary Shifters group. This is Poseidon’s story, and I have to say that I really enjoyed him meeting Willow. Poseidon, well, we can say that he hates humans for the things they have done to his friends. Willow, yep, she’s human and very stubborn. The antics these two get up to made me laugh out loud. Willow has become famous for going after the corporations who see nothing wrong with dumping toxic chemicals into the ocean. She lets the media and other officials deal with the evidence that she comes up with. Poseidon deals with it in other ways. They are great together once he gets his head out of his, well, you know. I do think you will enjoy reading this because I did. Now to wait for the next book in the series.
A totally undescribable amazing love filled with magic, mystery, wonder, action, humor, loyalty, and so much more. The chemistry between Poseidon and Willow is undescribable, and their adventures to get to their HEA were epic. I was hooked within the first couple paragraphs. I couldn't stop reading until the end; the story was like a siren song; it just drew me in. I highly recommend this novel for anyone that is into paranormal romance. It had me so hooked I couldn't put it down. I can't wait for Mummy's story next.
This is Willow and Poseidon story and let just start by saying it is a rocky beginning. I love the back and forth between these two, lots of humorous play. Seriously, the story comes down to a very important subject: the pollution of our oceans and seas. I would love for everyone to read this book, although a romance story it hits on some very important issues we face today. Thank you Elizabeth! Bring on the monsters, can't wait to see who is next. Great read.
That was really good and funny I thought in a few spots especially with the animals. Lol jace\posiden is a real pain in the ass!! When a good woman is fighting 4 clean oceans and putting people in trouble cause of them polluting everything. Jace hates every human but 1 but can he get his head out of his ass b4 it's 2 late. But when shit hits the fan and Willow is shot and almost dies can have stand around doing nothing and not caring if she dies cause of his hatred? Read and find out. I loved it!! Have is a really hard nut 2 crack that's 4 sure
Amazing new series. I love the setting of Pandoras box and these warriors are the gods that hold the sins. Some are so very interesting and not heard of much, their books will be very interesting as well. I really enjoyed this story, Jase aka Poseidon finds his mate but is not at all happy she's a human. Awesome story telling by Elizabeth N Harris. Can't wait for the next one!
What an amazing read yet again from Elizabeth N Harris.
I love a paranormal book and this second book in the series does not disappoint.
Poseidon hates humans with a passion for destroying the oceans and one stubborn female who is set on protecting the oceans come head to head and boy do they clash at times but in the end love conquers even the most stubborn of legends.
So excited to see what is coming next in this series.
Devastation is book 2 in The Legendary Shifters series. This one is Poseiden/Jase and Willows story. It's a great opposites attract, enemies to lovers story. These two are absolutely hysterical, especially Willow. Some of the stuff that comes out of her had me laughing so hard I couldn't catch a breath. Definitely recommend!
It was a little difficult to get into but once you got there it was great. The story that was told is fantastic. You can see how this series is going to play out. I can't wait for Mummy's book. Please don't wait to long. I love the way you incorporate legends in your paranormal books. Very interesting indeed.
This is a funny and refreshing new approach on the shifter romance. Poseidon is quite a stubborn man and encounters a strong willed Willow who refuses to follow his orders just because. Funny story with some animals who soon will become your favourite characters. And the next book is also a very promising tale.
What a wonderful witty book This is Poseidon and Willows story. He hates humans for all the bad things that they have done to his friends and you've guessed it Willow is human and of course very stubborn, she's also a campaigner against pollution and exposes the large corporations that continually pollute the seas Another brilliantly written book
Another fantastical story, this one about Jace (Poseidon) and Willow. Jace hates humans, it turns out that his mate is one. What a fabulous tale that hits numerous mystical things. Join the underwater adventure and find love can conquer all. Just read it!
I love this series and all its characters. They all have Sins they must feed. For Poseidon/ Jase his life is about to change and it is all he can do to keep it from happening but you can’t fight fate and love. Willow and Jase find that protection of the underwater world is what is important to both of them.
I love the way Ms. Harris takes old tales that we have all probably heard and weaves them into one on-going story. This story focuses on Poseiden finding his soul mate and his struggles with accepting that. Willow is a human that is trying to save the oceans from companies that are polluting it. Poseiden hates humans - watch the fireworks as they work things out !
I wish humans listened environmental issues and coordinate efforts to make sure the earth is protected like in this book. I loved willow's character and how she did not back down from the challenges she faced. Jase/poseidon was such a stubborn, hardhead, but it was great to see him get out of his own way. Looking forward to the next one.
Willow is an eco activist working against companies dumping their chemicals in the oceans, Jase (Poseidon) doesn't like humans, but coming across Willow will she be the one to bring down his walls? Well written great chemestry and banter, steamy scenes and more!
So good! I really love it except for the naming errors (Mary worth being called Maeve repeatedly towards the end, Vlad being called Jase, etc)—it’s a pet peeve of mine and it makes it really hard to keep everything straight with so many characters.
Another excellent edition to this fantasy series. Loved Jase and Willow’s story ❤️❤️❤️ Jase is such a grumpy human hater but he doesn’t stand a chance when confronted with his human mate Willow. Excited for the next book. A definite page turner and very entertaining. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 🧜♀️🧜♂️
Took me a bit longer to get in to this book after Bloodlust, but got to admit that Willow and Jase’s story are worth it. Like Emmaline, Willow is a Saviour but she doesn’t know it. Jase is known for his hatred of humans but he finds Willow working her way under his skin. Willow is an activist who exposes company’s that pollute the oceans and seas, she’s seen or caught glimpses of Poseidon on a couple of occasions but her impression of him is one arrogance, things start to change after she is injured.
Such an amazing book with such an amazing storyline. Jase/Poseidon & Willow make such an amazing couple! I loved all the different sea life that was included!
