Has a clear 'generated by AI' and unedited since vibe
This book looks like it was generated by chatGPT or a similar AI system, (maybe Llama itself) and then nobody bothered to even read the result to do any editing or cleanup
Content is technically correct , mostly, but topics repeat several times in semi random order.
If you already mostly know the material, this may be a little useful. If not - i doubt you'd get any value here.
