It also explains how to recognize, find, and sustain a meaningful relationship; how to embrace and move beyond differences and resolve conflicts; how to overcome judgments, demands, criticism, and resentment; how the ego interferes with love and happiness in relationship; how to see the Divine in the other; what to do and not do with anger; the factors that are most important to compatibility; and how to make joint decisions. Exercises throughout provide an opportunity for practicing and integrating the understanding.

About the author

Gina Lake is a nondual spiritual teacher and the author of over twenty books about awakening to one’s true nature.
