I’m giving this book 2 stars because while it provides some advice, it repeats itself constantly—not just across chapters but sometimes within the same page.
The entire valuable content could fit in about 10 pages, and if you include the author’s personal story, maybe 25 pages at most.
The writing feels too repetitive, making it frustrating to read. It almost seems like it was generated by AI rather than written with care.

Todo el contenido realmente valioso cabría en unas 10 páginas, y si incluimos la historia personal de la autora, quizás 25 páginas como mucho.
