This is a series of sermons at St. Paul's Evangelical Church, Marietta, Ohio during the last half of 2022. Ross has 40+ years of pastoral experience and has written and published extensively about the church in the United States at the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st centuries. Ross approaches the Bible from a Reformed, Evangelical, Congregational perspective that is faithful to the historic, catholic (universal) history of Christianity. The uniqueness of this viewpoint comes from the Mercersburg perspective of the Reformed tradition, a perspective that is central to the founding of the Protestant Evangelical churches, but has fallen out of favor over the last hundred or so years. "Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!" --Psalm 34:8
