The 7 Habits Of Highly Successful The Indispensable Habits of High Achievers

What if the habits that got you here are the very ones holding you back?

In The 7 Habits of Highly Successful Leaders, trusted strategic advisor Moe Nawaz, mentor to FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 leaders, invites you into the boardroom, behind the scenes, and inside the minds of high-performing executives navigating the pressure of growth, leadership, and legacy.

This is not another leadership theory book filled with motivational fluff.

It is a practical, story-driven field guide to uncovering the hidden patterns and habits that stall growth, burn out teams, and block scalability. Drawing on four decades of experience advising CEOs, founders, and executive teams, Moe Nawaz delivers real-world insights you can apply immediately, whether you are leading an 8-figure company, managing a complex organisation, or preparing for your next level of influence.

Each of the seven habits in this book is a direct response to what Moe has witnessed leaders unintentionally becoming their company’s biggest bottleneck. Through powerful leadership mirrors, case studies, and emotionally resonant moments, you will discover how

Build self-awareness that scales with your influence
Turn vision into alignment, not just inspiration
Make decisive moves without second-guessing
Empower others without losing control
Communicate with clarity across every level
Create a system of continuous learning for yourself and your team
Lead by example, even when no one is watching

If you are tired of reactive leadership and ready to install a culture that thrives with or without you, this book is your blueprint.

These are not habits for performance.
They are habits for legacy.

With references to the Kolbe A™ Index, leadership systems, and strategic operating frameworks, this book is especially valuable for founders, executives, board-level leaders, and those scaling 7-, 8-, and 9-figure businesses who are seeking long-term cultural stability, not short-term hacks.

Moe also introduces insights from his elite Directors WarRoom mastermind, held in London, Dubai, and Istanbul, where hand-picked 8- and 9-figure CEOs work together to collapse five-year goals into just three, through accountability, strategy, and shared wisdom.

Whether you are a high-achieving entrepreneur, a C-suite leader, or a leadership coach helping others scale, The 7 Habits of Highly Successful Leaders will challenge you, stretch you, and equip you to lead at a higher level, one habit at a time.

A must read!

This book should be required reading for manager and parent wannabes. I really liked the stories that added credibility and drove the lesson home. The author wrote in easy to understand words, very little jargon and I only slogged through one repeated section.

I especially liked the 8th habit. I embrace AI but have much more to learn about each version. After reading this book, I will dig deeper into putting it to work in my own life.

Thank you for writing this book.

A Great Read and Perspective!

There were quite a few things I enjoyed about this book. First I loved the introduction, which really gave perspective on why this book was written and who this book was meant for (Leaders at higher levels of success). Second, I enjoyed the Moe’s mirror prompts and how it was meant to face yourself each chapter. A good read for sure.

This book is especially geared to corporations, but it was helpful none the less. And I really enjoyed the 8th habit about AI. I will definitely start to learn more on this right away, thanks to Moe.
