Excellent children's book that explains some essential mental health practices in an accessible and fun way.

Never pushing the reader, it gently guides them through the different chapters and encourages them to think about their own goals, feelings and thoughts in a practical way. I think the key points are valid for any person, young or old.

While this is a good read for any young person, I think this would be an excellent book for teachers to read and discuss in the classroom with older children.
