This is one of my favorite cookbooks! I thought I had lost it. This book is designed for living on a boat, of course....BUT what better for those of us with small kitchens, or cooking for one or two.
My favorite recipe in this book is on page 97 for dumplings. I have used this recipe for decades now....love it. Richard &I call them Yankee dumplings after we lived in Louisiana. Richard's fav became the southern version....I am torn.
I think I will be rereading this tonight, for old times sake!
