This one seemed short. I read it so fast, I surprised myself that it was over. Every Jonas Saul book I read is better than the last. I’m hopelessly addicted to these books. I wish Sarah Roberts and team would show up in Boston to help my detective solve a situation with the crime family there. I love the way they get things done!

In this book I find it hard to believe the Canadian police can be so obstinate as Saul paints them. He makes them into officers trying to make trouble. This is not Saul’s best work by far. I really got tired of all the crap at the Pink Lace.
