Everybody loves Perry's adorable "chittering" noise. But no one knows what it means. Phineas and Ferb decide to find out by building an animal translator. With the help of the invention, will Perry finally be able to speak to the boys?
Ellie O’Ryan loves chocolate almost as much as she loves writing books for kids. She is the author of more than 300 books for children and has a secret chocolate stash hidden in her office for late-night writing sessions. Ellie lives in North Carolina with her husband, two kids, three cats, and one dog.
Oliver asked if there were Phineas and Ferb books. Guess what! There are! These are a level 3 reader, so there are some bigger words in there than I was anticipating. We typically read Level 1 or 2 at most. Oz enjoyed the story and I did my best Doofenshmirtz impression. It is pretty bang on for an episode so if you're a fan of the show the characterizations seem to fit pretty well.
Story is based very much like the cartoon show. The brothers make a contraption where they can listen to animals and find out what they are thinking. Except for the one animal they want to hear and their pet platypus has other things he needs to do as Agent P. Really nice book.
