I thought this series was incredible! I also really appreciated the fact that the author was able to incorporate a Christian main character that was important to that character but not make the book about Christianity.

I felt like there was more to the story however, I did feel like the ending happened very fast and I would like to have gotten an epilogue, it’s my understanding that several other books of this author are connected so I am looking forward to see if there are any more connections to this series!

I will be reading more of this authors books in the future!

Only one will reach the top, and Basil only wanted to be left alone with his cat in his friends house, but that was not to be. An apocalypse came to Earth with people from other worlds wanting to take Earth from humans. I loved that Basil became a tamer because he needed a family and he was all alone. I loved Rosemary's cheerfulness when it came to mayhem, I was really saddened when Basil lost his only family. This was an amazing book and so funny.
