This book was a great read! It had so much action and kept me in suspense the entire time. It's definitely worth your while!

I read this book back in 2019 I got all the way to the last chapter and then I put it down and I for some reason thoroughly enjoyed the book just never came back to reading the last chapter. It is now 2022 and I am rereading the chapter and once again I still very much enjoy the way the writer who wrote the book and everything she had to do I love to detective and I love the plot twist and me sitting here trying to figure out who done it who did it myself. How the story was written was also very good unfortunate enough I'm not one that normally reads murder mysteries let alone any detective mystery books so this was definitely out of my element without being said I'm reading it at 3.09 out of five.

Great book but lousy ending

I was completely prepared to write a review of this book saying that it was not so great, I did not like the author's writing style, and I was not sure what compelled me to keep reading. But then I came to the end of the book and will have to say that the author redeemed himself a little bit. The ending was totally unexpected and really way out of left field. I don't know if that made it better or worse but at least I can say that I did not see it coming. I still did not care a lot for the author's writing style. The characters are not really well developed and the author has an annoying habit of adding unnecessary details that really have nothing to do with the story and seem to be just used as filler. I finished the book, but won't actively look for any more books by this author. I may read one if I happen upon it, but it was only so-so for me.
