73 books48 followersMy love for reading developed at an early age. My parents, Daniel and Gwendolyn Odidison, were both avid readers and encouraged me to read as much as possible. Trips to the public library were the highlight of my week and by the time I was in junior high I was reading everything from biographies to suspense to True Confession magazines!
I got my big “break” when I was only fourteen-years-old. I read my first poem at my local church and received a standing ovation. Reading my poems and seeing my plays come to life on stage proved to me that I had a God-given talent for the written word.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education, I hugged my family goodbye and boarded a plane for Seoul, South Korea. I loved every minute of living in Seoul. The people, the food, the culture, the shopping. Three years later, I returned home with a fresh outlook on life and a gorgeous fiancé (yay me!) Jean-Claude and I married, settled into our new home and now have an adorable, three-year-old daughter named Aysiah who keeps us very busy.
I penned my first novella while teaching in South Korea and upon the advice of a good friend and colleague I transformed, Other People’s Business, into a full-length novel. I wrote The Trouble With Luv’ soon after. Two years and thirty rejection letters later, I signed with super-agent Sha-Shana Crichton from Crichton and Associates. Six weeks later I had a two-book deal contract with Harlequin’s African-American Romance line, Kimani Press.
Her Kind of Man, and Love T.K.O. were both released in ’08, and this year there are more scintillating stories to come. I’ve written seven books now, but I feel like I’m just getting started! A huge thanks to all of you who attend my book signings, send me I-love-your-book-emails, leave messages on my Facebook page and who are recommending my books to other die-hard romantics. Sage Collins and Marshall Grant will heat things up in Games of the Heart (August 2009) and a feisty PR Director and a fine, ex-NFL running back rekindle the flames in Passion Overtime (November 2009). Pamela Yaye does it again. I love me some Morettis! I really enjoyed Paris & Rafeal's story & it was nice too catch up the rest of the Moretti family.

The Plot Thickens
I love how you have weaved all these little tidbits into your story so that I have to read a second time to see the full picture! The goal of my writing has always been to write a novel that needs to be read twice to understand the full picture. In other words, I want to be like you when I grow up 😉 Thanks again for sharing this story with the world!

OMG! I thought that Demetri and Angela's love story was great and that Nicco's and Jariah's was excellent; but Rafael's and Paris' love story was superb and absolutely stole my heart away. They stood the test of time and after 15 years of guessing and not letting go of their true feelings for one another, it did my heart good to see that true love won out in the end! Awesome read and I hope that maybe the Moretti's cousins have stories to come. Thanks Pamela for a wonderful series!!!!

Rafael didn't think he would ever see Paris again but was so surprised to see her again at a friend's wedding. Seeing Paris again Rafael knew he never really gotten over his first love. The attraction and chemistry between the two was immediate. It felt like they were never apart. Both Paris and Rafael were both dealing with past hurt but was their love enough to get them through it. I loved this one!! I could not put it down. Rafael was definitely my favorite out of the three brothers.

Perfect, Just Perfect!!
All I can say was this was just a perfect ending to a series!!! I enjoyed reading about the other brother's and there fiance's. This was really a cute story that I truly enjoyed.

The love story between Rafael Morretti and Paris St Clair was riveting. They haven't seen each other in fifteen years; they are reunited at a friends wedding and the passion between them is sizzling! I've enjoyed reading all of the Morretti Millionaire series.

Rafael was a fantastic hero but Paris seemed aimless and in the real world she wouldn't be a match for someone so ambitious and focused. Hey but this is why books are books. Anything can happen.
The title didn't suit the novel at all.

Pamela Yaye always peak my interest. Her phenomenal storytelling never disappoints. And in Seduced by the Heir is no different. I love her characters and enjoy journey into her elements of characterizations, storylines, plotlines and climatic scenes...
