I'm not usually big on cookbooks. I hate following recipes. They always seem so complicated. This book has some great soup recipes, keeps them pretty simple, and has great photos. Thumbs up.

This is my all-time favorite soup cookbook. Healthy and absolutely scrumptous recipes! Lots of nutritional benefits alongside beautiful photos.
