Easter in the Barnyard may be one of the most joyous and precious picture books I’ve had the privilege to read. The beautiful illustrations reflect the joyful anticipation of our risen lord expressed through the barnyard animals. The rhyming text is engaging and the pictures of the animals dressed in their Easter finery are shown as they praise God with their very own sounds.
I especially love the donkey wearing a garland of daisies around it’s neck, with a yellow chick on its back waving a palm branch.
I highly recvomend this book for your children, grandchildren and church children and everyone else to be read every Easter!!!
Adored it! Beautifully illustrated! I enjoyed the rhyming. I thought it was sweet that the animals dressed up and praised God with their sounds. It was precious. This will be a picture book to read to children or grandchildren each year. I highly recommend getting a copy! I will be purchasing this book for my grandchildren. I appreciate @NetGalley and @tyndale for this opportunity. My opinion is an honest review.
Really cute and good moral of story, kept whole thing Christ centered despite being narrated by the barnyard bunny. Thank you netgalley for my ARC, this is my honest review. Totally want to buy for my kiddos.
