Got to crank out a paper on this in two weeks.

Well, got an A- on the paper, didn't really read the last 175 pgs as much as I skimmed them. Didn't matter as Vaughan repeats himself a lot. A lot a lot. Quirky writer who defended the concept of the city in an era when people talked hella smack about the urban life. It would be like writing today how awesome strip-malls are.
