Continuing with spiritual learning I recommend the magnificent book of Swami Anantananda: "What is in my mind?

Personally it is a description of what happens to me in the mind, that I can not control, that I lose in my thoughts, ideas and emotions.

The most important part of the book is to stop engaging with our ego in our activities and behaving simply as a witness. With this you can deal with all the internal enemies spoken by Anantananda:

Desire, anger, fear, greed, envy, jealousy, pride, worry and fatuous love.

Of these internal enemies in me the desire and perhaps the greed still live strongly. And with less strength fear, jealousy and worry.

The only thing I did not like about the book (or maybe I still do not understand) is that fatuous love (passionate love) takes it as an internal enemy. I would love to fall in love, but the book says that the love of this type is not good and only brings problems and distance from God.

Much to think .... and now to "go beyond knowledge" ....
