It took me way too long to read this book - it definitely had some good points, but was often a struggle to keep reading the next page. I may try rereading this at some point to see if I can glean some more useful information, but not anytime soon. That said, the book does a good job of talking about how successful, learning organizations are set up, and how to morph a non-learning organization into a learning one.
