Destiny speaks in whispers. Magic answers in storms.
Dr. Penelope Bryne never imagined her archaeological expertise and obsession with finding evidence of Atlantis would thrust her into an ancient war with a dark cult.
Now, with newfound powers coursing through her veins and humanity's fate hanging in the balance, she must embrace her destiny not only as the Archivist but as a magician in her own right.
With her beloved Alexis at her side, Penelope races across Europe following ancient clues to find the legendary ring of King Solomon—the only artifact powerful enough to banish Thevetat and end his cult forever.
But with each step closer to the ring, Penelope's untamed abilities grow more unpredictable and dangerous, and ancient grudges threaten to tear the magicians apart just when unity is crucial.
As unexpected allies emerge from the shadows and enemies lurk behind friendly faces, one truth becomes the bonds forged in battle and love may be their only way to survive what's coming.

the best books I have encountered in the last 15 years. Villains, lovers, magic and police, historical facts neatly woven together into a riveting, nail biting drama, romance, action and epic battle story. Great characters , souls mates meeting across thousands of years. Fantastic job.
I loved this series and book 3 doesn’t disappoint! Adventure, found family, good banter, some romance and spice but in a beautiful and tasteful way that adds to the story. Just bravo! The Atlantis immortals will forever be in my heart!
Incredibly detailed, it almost became historical fiction in a way but was a great read. Not enough spice, the plot was good but the ending was anticlimactic
Ok, can I just say I love Constantine! He was so fun and just a breath of fresh air for the group. I also screamed out loud when Phaidros and Aelia finally got together! I know the story is about Penelope but I really, really loved the growth and character arc of Aelia in this book. Sparing Krieos' life at the end just really showed how far she's come in her growth and forgiveness. The ending was predictible in a way, I knew they would find the ring (although the hunt for it was really fun to go on) and Penelope would figure out how to wield it. I love that Krieos was spared and would love to see more of him in any future books.

I don't think there are words, in any language, to describe how incredible this book is; How incredible this series is. I'll do my best. Beautiful world that is so easy to escape in. Magic. Intense slow burn. Incredible banter. Adventure. Edge of your seat action. Love. The flow of the book is incredible. You'll absolutely love the characters. The magical house is one I wish I lived in. This book played out in my head like a movie as I read it. I laughed, I felt the tension, I cried, I was excited like I was on the adventures with them. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. incredible job. A definite re-read for me. I wish I could go back and read it, as if it were the first time that I picked it up. Amy Kuivalainen is the Author who made me fall absolutely in love with fantasy. She has no idea how much her writing means to me.
