This author was a conservative pastor and Bible college professor for many years (it being my privilege to be one of his students for two years back in the 1980's) who wrote an outline commentary like this one on every book of the Bible. According to the preface of this volume, first published in 1979, it was the concluding book in the series, a project which took 15 years to complete. Anyone who knew Brother Gingrich was blessed by his teaching, as will any reader who invests just a little money (volumes can be purchased individually and are not expensive) and the time to study them.
